Hey, Nikki and Chris finally decided what they are doing this weekend, they are coming out Saturday afternoon. We have a huge elk roast, and we were thinking of cooking that on Sunday for dinner, would you guys be interested in joining us for Sunday dinner? I don't know if you like elk... we could do something else if you don't :) I just don't know if I can do potroast ;) Just let me know, if Sunday is no good, maybe we could come down and visit you Saturday evening, or Monday dayish...
