Right after competing in the Donut contest we were on the road for SLC. LeGrand had his 20 year high school reunion, we stopped and hung out at the Belchers until it was time to go. We walked through the doors of West Jordan High School and it was as if LeGrand and Brad had never left 😆 - in fact at one point LeGrand introduced Brad as if he was his date and totally skipped right over me and Candace. We got a good laugh out of it! It was fun to see them having such a good time, right in their element.
We were lucky enough to get to spend a few days at the Belchers. We had a great time hanging out, letting the kids play and catching up. It's such a blessing to have good friends who are like family. While we were there we learned that Brads dad, Dee, has liver cancer. He's one of the best guys out there and we are praying for the best!
We went Monday and got a bunch of school shopping done for the kids, spent one last night then headed home on Tuesday July 24th.
