Finishing off November

Grammie and Papa asked the kids to each make an ornament to send them for their Christmas tree...they were so creative and turned out so great (we bought Laexins, he wasn't interested in making it ;)

Loa had a fun morning creating pancake shapes, I was pretty impressed with her Dragon

The weekend after Thanksgiving we went on the hunt for our giant tree for the landing...Laexin is starting to get less than excited about these adventures but they are all good sports and we had a fun time finding our 14.5ft tree!

We also had a great Thanksgiving at the Petersons house, we had Ed join us and enjoyed a yummy dinner - they were so kind to have us all over!  Of course I didn't get any pictures.

20 Years!

On November 15th we celebrated our 20 year anniversary!  A few days later we flew to Vegas for a quick get-away...we basically walked a lot and ate a lot :)

The food was fantastic and so was 'O', we had an awesome room at the Palazzo with a sweet view.  It was kinda chilly, we lost at Bingo and we walked our feet off...in the end we decided that it may be our last time to visit vegas - besides the show and food, its just not our cup of tea.  BUT we did enjoy the change of scenery!

Last show of the year, Pinners conf SLC

It's been quite the year of learning with my little business, I had a goal to add in another show or two and it turned into a lot of shows, none amazingly succesfull but all decent.  I think the economy is definitely taking a toll on how people are spending their money, for the first time in 5 years I haven't increased my yearly revenue, even with all the shows.

The kids were troopers and came along to help - even though they get really sick of these things.  I made us all matching t-shirts and we had a good time.  Shylo and Duane came also to hang out and help

Kenz and Jed and Dellah had been in Provo so they stopped in on their way back to Rock Springs -it was good to see them.

Halloween Fun

The Halloween Fun started with me attending a girls night costume party...naturally I dressed as the Statue of Liberty - didn't get any pictures, but I did get a picture of this fun Witch LeGrand helped me create

Mixed in with Halloween week was Dr. Suess week - so of course we had to do Crazy Hair...this was all Lytzi's idea

Then the school Halloween Carnival

The kids had gotten Pumpkins from the free pumpkin patch they do at Hooper Springs in Soda every year, I was busy at a local Grace boutique that day so I wasn't there to take pictures but I did make Laexin help them carve the pumpkins, which he was super thrilled about, ha ha!

Of course we had a Halloween themed dinner

Then did all the trick-or-treating starting at the ford delarship in Soda for the trunk-or-treat, then to the Andersons in Thatcher and then some trick-or-treating through the neighborhoods.  We brought along Linqs little buddy and Loas group of 'stranger things' friends :)
