Linq turns 4 + 4th of July

 I don't know how it's already been four years since this fun little guy was born in Washington.  He sure completes our family and is adored by everyone!

 We had a fun time tubing the canal, the little kids weren't quite sure about it but once we got in they had a good time.  We even got to see some baby ducks swimming along...one of which Loa caught. 

 On the 4th we had gone to the fireworks in Soda (they almost got cancelled due to weather, but it broke long enough we got to see them) so on the 5th the kids did some fireworks at home...all bought with their own money.

St. George visit

A week after we got home from Disneyland we were back in the car on our way to St. George.  We were happy to get lucky enough to have LeGrand working down there while the kids were out of school so that we all could join him.  We left a day after he did because Laexin had joined the youth of the ward on a trip to do baptisms at the SL Temple and go to the Manti pageant (it was the last year they will put it on).  We met up in Lehi and got Laexin then headed on to St. George.

We had a fun week in the sun.  The kids got to swim every.single.day --they were happy as could be!

After many years of taking trips to St. George we finally went to Tuachan!  We saw When You Wish based on a bunch of disney movies, it was fantastic and we had a great time!

On Sunday we did our traditional 'ride along' with Dad on his work route, this rope swing is always a favorite, along with catching lizards and helping dad clear the screens.

On the way back we stopped and hiked up to Gunlock reservoir where the water was spilling more than usual, it was really cool to see - of course the kids wished they were prepared to swim.

We really enjoyed our week of playing!  It's always a sad time to leave all the warm sun and swimming, but nice to be back to our own beds 😉

Disney or Bust!

About 4 days after school got out we were on the road to Disneyland!  The kids were so dang excited to meet up with their cousins...and for their first visit to Disneyland (they've all been to DisneyWorld but this was a first to Disneyland!)  We sure had a great time with Trev, Ramey and the kids and the Thackers --Autumn, Tyson and the kids.  I'll be making a separate book for our trip!

More Crazy Kids!

Yep, they got their hands on my phone again, ha ha!

 We had some crazy spring showers and the kids wanted to play in the rain so I told them to strip down first...good thing we don't have neighbors 😄

He found the phone...

Daddy showed up to grade the road while the older kids were at school and these two were so excited to get a ride!

Linq wasn't even phased by his trip to the dentist, thanks to the cartoons on the ceiling.

The last day of school the kids pulled out the tent to sleep in, I thought it was still a little chilly but they were determined.  See that extension cord? That is connected to an electric blanket inside the tent, all their idea - funny kids!
