This little lady is quite the piece of work :) We often call her Goldilocks (for obvious reasons) to which she ALWAYS replies, 'No! I'm Fancy Nancy!' --what a ham! She's still packed full of drama but luckily for us, it's better than it use to be!
Her Birthday, April 14th, landed on a Sunday this year. We were in SLC that weekend to attend a Baby Blessing (LeGrand's Best Friend, Brad's son), and a Baptism (My Amazing friend Jen's son). So we did lots of celebrating --Loa got to pick what fun thing she wanted to do (with a lot of coaxing from her brother)! They had a blast getting all of their energy out on these bounce house/slides!
(Look at those Rosy-Hard-Playin-Cheeks!)
She's been asking me a lot lately when she can get her ears pierced (mostly because she sees me putting in earrings and she wants to also) so we took her to get her ears pierced. We didn't warn her that it was going to hurt - figured it would go smoother if she didn't know :) She was shocked and cried for a bit but totally loves them and & can't wait to be able to change them to the other earrings she picked out!--All GIRL!
Then She chose what she wanted for Dinner....which happened to be Breakfast food! So we made our way to The Waffle house so LeGrand could have a trip down 'High School Memory Lane'. He say's the food tastes much better at 2 am ;)
To top of the day, the only thing she was worried about is that she got cake with candles on top so she could blow them out! We grabbed some yummy Ice Cream cupcakes from Cold Stone, she picked out some 'Princess' (of Course!) candles and we had our own little rendition of Happy Birthday and blowing out of candles in the Motel room! ---Glad we didn't set off any fire alarms :)
On her birthday we arrived home and she was so excited to open her gifts from Grammie & Papa & Aunt Shaylee & Uncle Cade --she's had to look at them everyday since Easter :)
(She LOVES Ariel!)
We sure love this chick!
