More Corona...

I got brave and did corona haircuts...the boys are easy, I've done them before but Loa was ready for a change and I wasn't that confidant...I youtubed a tutorial and was pretty impressed with how it turned out!

Lytiz's cute dance teacher held a week of class to let the kids get a chance to wear their costumes and do their dance...parents couldn't come but she sure had fun!

We've been wanting to learn to make sushi since everyone loves it so much.  When we were in SLC we stopped at the Asian market and bought all the stuff and had a sushi making day! It turned out great and everyone had fun!

SLC getaway

The beginning of May we needed another break so we headed to SLC, stayed one night in Layton and then one night in Logan.  On our way home we were THRILLED to stop at Maddox and see they were open so we could actually go in and sit and eat...it was heaven!

We stayed at a hotel with a waterslide in Logan...the kids couldn't get enough of it!

Loa turns 10

Loa is our creative geineus!  Everyone is her friend, she's thoughtful, smart and kind.  It was hard to have a birthday during corona when we couldn't really celebrate too much.  I invited all her friends to do a drive by happy birthday and it was a huge success.  She had friends come by all day long and it totally made her birthday!  The weekend after we headed to Logan for her birthday dinner of sushi...we enjoyed it on a grass hill cause we couldn't go in the restaurant.

Easter weekend in Vernal

By the beginning of April we needed a break so we decided to head to Vernal and spend Easter with my parents.  We had a really great trip, it was nice to hang out with Mom and Dad and the kids had a blast!  Grammie and Papa surprised them with a go-cart which they rode and rode.  The guys had lots of success metal detecting. Mom had planned a fun Easter egg hunt for the kids in her ward and our kids had fun helping set it up.  All around we had a really great escape!
