Cub Scouts
LeGrand is the mighty Cub Scout Master! He's perfect for the job! Last week was Pinewood Derby and Laex and I tagged along --as expected, Laex had a great time and pretty much thought he was one of the boys!
Damage
Laex had his new "best buddy" Bridger over to play and this is what they accomplished (and the had a BLAST doing it :) )

Laex has been saying the funniest things lately, he cracks me up, and most of the time I'm not really sure how he even comes up with such things :)
Us getting ready for our last trip to St. George.
Laex, "Mom, lets play golf"
Me, "Buddy, I'm trying to finish packing, I'll play later"
Laex, "packing for what?"
Me, "We're going to St. George, remember, I told you."
Laex, "Don't be ridiculous Mom, lets just play golf!"
We received some seriously yummy orange glazed roll goodies from our great neighbor friends.
Laex, "ummm, tastes sugary"
Everytime we pass In-N-Out, no matter the time of day.
Laex, "My tummy is hungry, I need a burger"
On a side note, last night I was awakened by a light going on then off, I went to check and there was Laex in the bathroom going potty, All.By.Himself. without ever making a peep! He then explained to me that the light was too bright for his eyes! What an awesome boy!

Yesterday, 12:30 AM
Laexin yelling something from his bedroom.
Me trying to get myself out of sleep well enough to understand.
Laex still yelling.
Me yelling (because I didn't want to get out of bed), "Buddy, Whats wrong?"
Laex, "The Pee-Pee's Coming"
Me, "Hurry, go to the bathroom"
Laex crying.
Me hefting myself from bed (that's how I get out these days :) )
In his room I find him on his knees bent over with a puddle below him, I'm not sure if he couldn't get himself awake enough to understand what he needed to do or if he started peeing the bed in his sleep and awoke scared BUT I'm proud to say after two and half months in "Big boy underwear".....
....we had our FIRST night time accident!

Best Valentines EVER!
*Spending 4 whole days with my TWO best Men, in Sunny St. George! (Thanks to LeGrand's job that sends him there once-in-a-while, AND allows Laex and I to tag along!)
*Enjoying the EXACT, BEAUTIFUL weather I've been Craving!
*Eating Yummy food
*Watching my two FAVORITE people enjoy the OUTDOOR pool! (I wasn't really up to stuffing myself into a swimming suit, considering the state I'm in :) :)
*Playing Mini Golf and being a kid again at the park
*No worries, or even thought of all of the deadlines pressing back at home
Last and BEST of ALL...
*The sweetest 3rd-grade style Love Letter from the Man who makes me whole (and has the hardest time ever expressing himself!)--I'm SO LUCKY!

10 Weeks to go!
I'm really not as unpleasant as I seem :) Actually I feel really Great!--LeGrand's just a PRO at taking the "Perfect" picture, and of course, Laex had to join in the fun! :) :)
Dentist
A couple of weeks ago Laex had his first visit to the DENTIST! He rocked, and Dr. Smith says his teeth are perfect! He especially loved watching Lion King while he waited for the Dentist and then of course picking out a prize from the prize wall to take home along with his new tooth brush and tooth paste!
